When Should I Seek After-Hours Care?
Illness doesn’t follow a schedule, and kids can get sick any time of day or night. Many parents struggle with the decision about whether their child needs after-hours care. Fortunately, we’re here to help you!
We have partnered with Children’s Hospital Colorado to have pediatric-trained nurses available during all hours that our offices are closed to help triage your child’s symptoms. They will talk through symptoms with you and decide if your child can receive care at home, needs an appointment the next morning, or needs to go to the hospital for emergent care before we open.
Day or night – call the clinic’s main number 406-281-8700 and you will be directed to a triage nurse either at the clinic or at Children’s Hospital Colorado who can help you decide the best care options for your child.
Call to determine your next steps when your child needs prompt medical care. Same-day visits are available, and online appointment requests are an option for less urgent booking needs.
